    CV review

    We read every CV by hand. Response within 5 business days — regardless of outcome.

  2. 02

    Screening call (45 min)

    Non-technical conversation about your experience, motivation, and mutual expectations.

  3. 03

    Technical interviews (2 × 1 hour)

    System design + code review on real code from our codebase. No leetcode-style algorithms.

  4. 04

    Final round + offer

    Team meeting (1 hour). Compensation discussion. Written offer within 48 hours.
