Do I need technical experience?

Yes. Servers are in Sofia DC; latency to Balkan countries under 30ms. Excellent for RO, GR, RS, MK. For Western Europe — acceptable (~50ms).
What support do you give my customers directly?
None — that's your relationship. For infrastructure issues (downtime, hardware failure) we communicate only with you, you relay to customers.
