Terms of Service — GrafixHost

For the purposes of these Terms: (a) "Service" means all hosting and ancillary services provided by GrafixHost; (b) "Customer" means the individual or entity ordering the Service; (c) "Account" means the registered user profile; (d) "Content" means all files, data, and materials uploaded by the Customer.

GrafixHost provides web hosting services including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates. Detailed specifications per plan are available at /pricing.

The Customer agrees to: (a) use the Service in compliance with applicable law; (b) not publish unlawful content; (c) not violate the Acceptable Use Policy; (d) maintain current contact details; (e) not abuse platform resources.

Payments are made in advance — monthly or annually. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT in EUR. VAT is added per applicable legislation. On non-payment: 5-day grace period, followed by temporary suspension, and eventual termination after 30 days.

Shared and WordPress hosting — 30-day money-back guarantee. VPS — 7 days. Reseller Business — 14-day trial. Customer cancellation is via the client panel. No cancellation fees.

GrafixHost is not liable for indirect losses, data loss due to failure to meet customer's own backup obligations, outages from force majeure. GrafixHost's maximum liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer in the prior 12 months.

All intellectual property of GrafixHost (brand, domain, logo, documentation, code) remains the property of Grafix Solutions Ltd. The Customer retains full rights over their own Content.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes are resolved per the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Bulgaria.

In case of dispute, the parties shall attempt out-of-court settlement within 30 days. Failing that, the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction. Consumers also have the right to use the EC Online Dispute Resolution platform.

GrafixHost may update these Terms. Material changes are announced with at least 30 days notice via email and a /terms posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
